Cooking, hands down! I used to be someone who could only fry an egg and make instant noodles. Prices in the UK are really high, so there's no way to live on takeout or eat at restaurants every day like I did in Taiwan. For the past three years I've cooked for myself as much as I can to save on living costs. I went from only making instant noodles to cooking dishes from all over: egg pancakes, beef noodle soup, bibimbap… I've learned them all.
