This limited-time giveaway was held by OfferLand, the all-in-one study-abroad platform, inviting users to share their admission results and interview questions on the site, write articles, join the mutual-help network and more!

This online draw used a tool from the New Taipei City Government Education Department (the tool's URL can be seen in the videos).

Fair draw guarantee

The entire draw was recorded on video, and winners will be notified by email.

How to claim prizes and winner rules

A. How the draw and winning work

• More tickets, more chances: the more tickets a user earns by completing tasks, the higher their chance of winning.

• One prize per person: to keep the giveaway fair, each participant (identified by national ID number/passport number) can win at most once. If the same person is drawn for more than one prize, they receive the most valuable one, and the system redraws the remaining spots.

B. Claiming your prize

• Winner notification: the organizer will announce the winners on April 6, 2026 (Monday) and send a notification to the email address each user registered with on OfferLand.

• Returning documents: because the prizes count as income from "competitions, contests and games of chance," the organizer will report them as income as required. Within 7 days of the notification, winners must fill in and return the "Prize Claim Confirmation Form" and a "copy of the front and back of their national ID card" (foreign nationals please attach a copy of their resident certificate or passport).

• Eligibility check: when prizes are claimed, OfferLand may ask to verify the application records the user submitted (e.g. screenshots of school notification emails). If the content turns out to be false or meaningless AI-generated content, the win will be cancelled.

• Missed deadlines: anyone who does not reply within 7 days of receiving the email notification, whose documents are incomplete, or who is not eligible is considered to have given up the prize. The organizer will not send further notice or reissue the prize.

📋 How to read the draw list

To keep the draw open and transparent while protecting participants' privacy, the list has been de-identified. If you see the same username more than once in the videos, see the column notes below:

Sample row:

647 K*****n kri***@gmail.com 5 4

Column 1 (647): draw number (this draw is based on this number).

Column 2 (K*n): the user's nickname on the site (masked for privacy).

About garbled text: if some nicknames appear garbled, it is usually caused by encoding conversion (especially nicknames with Chinese characters or special symbols). This does not affect the fairness of the draw; the system keeps the complete original registration data for verifying winners.

Column 3 (kri*@gmail.com): the user's registered email (masked for privacy).

Column 4 (5): the total number of tickets the user earned.

Column 5 (4): which of the user's tickets this row is.

💡 Why does the same user appear more than once?

Under this giveaway's rules, users who participated more or completed certain tasks earned more tickets (the number in column 4). So each user is listed on one row per ticket, which gives every ticket a fair chance of being drawn!
