Continuing the Gold Star member series!!!

Today I want to share my favorite coffee, desserts and light meals that I usually order at Starbucks in Japan! 🤍

Some of them are personal picks from a Japanese friend who works part-time at Starbucks. Sharing them with you all~

Here we go:

1️⃣ Coffee pick | The go-to coffee for a sweet tooth

☕アイスのキャラメル マキアート (Iced Caramel Macchiato)

I never get tired of it! As someone with a serious sweet tooth, I order this every single time~

Coffee + milk + caramel is the perfect combo, and it's so smooth

2️⃣ Dessert pick | One bite and you're overflowing with happiness 🍩シュガードーナツ (Sugar Donut)

It's coated in sugar glaze, so each bite is soft and fluffy with that sweet, comforting glaze~

Whenever I have a free afternoon period and resign myself to writing a paper, I buy one to comfort my soul (it really boosts my productivity haha ><)

3️⃣ Light meal pick | 🥪ハム&マリボーチーズ 石窯フィローネ (Ham & Maribo Cheese Stone-Oven Filone)

➡️ This is the one I order most! The outside is baked crispy, and the ham + cheese inside go together perfectly (but it's also so sinful)

🥪チキンアラビアータ 石窯フィローネ (Chicken Arrabbiata Stone-Oven Filone)

➡️ This one was recommended by my Japanese friend who works part-time at Starbucks~

It's a little spicy but not overpowering, and the tomato sauce is rich without being heavy. Perfect with a cup of black coffee!

📝 Summary: When I showed my Japanese friend the menu at Starbucks in Taiwan, she was super surprised. She thought Taiwan's food options were really cool and totally different from Japan's, and said she has to come try them next time! I only realized after coming to Japan how different the food items are, but each has its own charm😉

If you get the chance to visit Japan, I really recommend trying Starbucks' light meals or desserts. You might find your new favorite❤️ 📌 If there's anything you'd like to know, feel free to leave a comment! 🥰 There's more of my life on IG ✨🐰💗
