So fed up with a roommate who has zero sense of boundaries😠

Please tell me I'm not the only one stuck with an overgrown baby like this. Our dorm is a suite with 4 single rooms, one per person. At the start of this semester only three of us lived here and we honestly got along pretty well, maybe because the soundproofing is decent and everyone is fairly considerate. Nobody showered or blow-dried their hair in the middle of the night. But ever since the new roommate moved in, I've beenlosing it, losing it, losing it. This is a women's dorm, and they brought their boyfriend to live here without telling us at all. Also, since I'm often out hanging out in a friend's room and not in our dorm, they just walk into my room and take my hair dryer or whatever else they need. After I told them, they still showed no intention of changing😅. I'm honestly speechless. On top of that, they go clubbing a lot, and they say they're a neat freak, so they often shower at 2 or 3 in the morning and then come into my room to grab the hair dryer. I really don't get why they don't just buy their own. And we usually have a schedule for who takes out the trash each week, but every time it's their turn, they keep putting it off until the next week so someone else takes it out for them. And every time they cook, they never wash the dishes. They use up all the shared bowls and leave them unwashed in the sink. If they're this much of a baby, why not live off campus and bring a nanny along to look after them😓

How would you all handle this? I don't want to move out either, because the other two are still pretty great🫣
